Monday, Monday

You sang that didn't you ? It's very overcast here today. From the looks of it, I'm not sure what we're going to get in the way of weather. Looks like a good day for quilting.

Off Center Log Cabin Scrappy

Still don't have a new name but I made great progress on the cutting for this quilt. All the strips are sub-cut. Once that was done, I pulled the parts from each lunch bag and pinned them together for each block. There are 100 blocks in the quilt. The picture shows them all lined up. I'll start sewing them later today.

#The100DayProjectMysteryQuilt

It's day 70 of The 100 Day Project Mystery Quilt - Block 70 is Ringed Star. This is a 6" block.

Hard to believe we're on day 70. Only 30 more days to go. Well, 42 days because the quilt uses 112 blocks. I have several layouts planned that use anywhere from 28 to 112 blocks so there will be options if you don't want to make all 112 blocks.

Ringed Star – Arranged around and octagon, this star block uses small triangles to create a ring around the octagon.

Have you ever made a scrappy or inventory quilt?
