Quick Project Progress

Storms came through much later than expected yesterday. I still made good progress on my placemat/table runner project. It's gray today so I have no idea what kind of weather we'll have today. I may try to get in a little long arming this afternoon.

Fighting that Stale Feeling

It can be refreshing to work on a quick and easy project. Many of my projects take a long time to complete. Once in a while it is refreshing to working on a shorter two to three day project. It keeps my creativity fresh. And, I get something finished in a shorter period of time.

After 100 days of making tiny paper-pieced blocks, a break is a good thing. Yes, I did complete a couple projects during that time but, I'm finding the placemat/table runner project the perfect project for getting my mojo back in the groove.

#The100DayProjectMysteryQuilt

Continuing the 100 Day Project blocks, Day 95 of The 100 Day Project Mystery Quilt is Prairie Queen. This is a 3" block.

This block combines the 'Shoo-Fly'  with 4-Patch units.
