Weekend Ready

After my morning run, I had a visit from Paul and the boys, Brennan and Max. Always good to see them. Paul is playing the role of handyman and working on one of my ceiling fans that decided to stop working. He thinks it's a battery and of course it is a non-standard battery.  

Winter Star

I started quilting Winter Star. It's a small wall hanging but I have a large plan for it. I'm using this one to practice my custom quilting skills. So far, the top border, two star blocks and some of the background of the first row are complete. I'll be working on this one on and off over the weekend.

Always Bindings

With all the quilting I've been working on lately, I have a lot of bindings to catch-up on. I'm also working on the finishing work for the pillows. I completed one "test" pillow and have things figured out for the rest of them. More to come.
