Daisy Update
It's hot here today. My plan is to spend the day working with SusieQ on various quilt projects. First up, I'll complete the three "Celebration" panel quilts. After that, I'll start working on Skill Builder projects. I'm more than a few behind and need to catch-up.
My daisy plant finally started blooming. My lonely daisy is lonely no more. I've always liked daisies. They are such happy flowers and they make me smile.
More Blocks
I'll also be working on more blocks for the 100 Day project. I tend to spend time on the weekends making blocks, so I have them ready for the coming week. It helps me stay on schedule and I like working on a few at a time instead of just one.
Other Projects
I finally went grocery shopping. The new-to-me store wasn't any better. While I am grateful for the workers, they aren't doing themselves or their customers any favors by wearing their masks improperly. Masks are only effective when used and worn properly.
As for my laundry, I actually have loads in the washer and dryer this morning. So, I'm making progress on that ground. Good thing too, I was down to three remaining pairs of underwear. ?
#The100DayProjectMysteryQuilt
It's day 61 of The 100 Day Project Mystery Quilt - Block 61 is One More. This is a 6" block.
I'll be honest, I didn't enjoy making this block, at first. That's because I turned the center of the block and ended up with bear paws in the corners instead of the contrast that gives this block it's appeal. Once I corrected my error, I liked the look of the block better.
One More – The combination of colors and shapes in the block create a unique positive and negative image.

What are you working on these days?
Until next time,
