Two-for Day
All Can Say is, Ooops. ?♀️ It was gently pointed out to me, yesterday, that I missed a block on my #The100DayProjectMysteryQuilt journey. I did not miss a day; I skipped a block. The day 34 block should have been Missouri Star. I know I posted every day. And, my numbers are the right numbers for the blocks. But what I think I did was post day 35 on day 34 and called day 34, day 35. Make sense??
Anyway, now my numbering system is off, and I need to get back on track. I've decided to correct things by making today a two-for day.
Missouri Star Block
Missouri Star - This is a fun star block. The two color star rays are an interesting variation for a star block. A good block for color play.

Welcome to day 37. Today's block is Water Wheel. This is a 3" block.
Water Wheel - This block is made from two basic units, the four patch and the half-square triangle.

This cute little block places four-patch units in the corners and centers. The half-square units create a simple star. I think the color placement in the batik example shows the water wheel the best.

How are your projects progressing?
Until next time,
